Are you a caregiver?

Do you help an older adult…

If yes, you are a caregiver. A caregiver is a person who helps an older relative, neighbor or friend who needs assistance with daily living or care concerns because of their physical or cognitive health challenges. Caregiving comes with its own unique set of rewards and challenges. Please explore these resources to help you in your role.
