World class care for older people at UC Davis Health
UC Davis Health promotes healthy aging through an integrated approach across the lifespan and all care settings. With people ages 65 and older the largest growing segment of the population, we are committed to age-friendly care and services that increase access to health care, improve quality of life and decrease the complexities of navigating the health care system.
We leverage our expertise in clinical care for patients, cutting-edge research and interdisciplinary education. UC Davis Health is home to world-class health care for older adults, the nationally recognized Family Caregiving Institute and Alzheimer’s Disease Center, telehealth leader the Center for Health and Technology, and the Betty Irene Moore School of Nursing and the UC Davis School of Medicine, where we are teaching the next generations of clinicians who understand the unique needs of an aging population.
