The applications in Head and Neck Oncologic Surgery Fellowship are to be submitted through the American Head & Neck Society (AHNS). Applicants who have been selected for an interview will be contacted by email. Applicants who are placed on the alternate interview list may be contacted after the initial interview date.

The applications in Facial Plastics and Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship will be submitted through American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (AAFPRS). Applicants who have been selected for an interview will be contacted by telephone. Applicants who are placed on the alternate interview list may be contacted after this date.

Director, Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Program

The applications in Laryngology Fellowship will be submitted directly to the Director of the Center of Voice and Swallowing. Late applications may not have an equal chance of being selected for an interview and may be considered on a space availability basis. Applicants who have been selected for an interview will be contacted to arrange an in-person visit to the center. Applicants who are placed on the alternate interview list may be contacted at a later date.

Applicant interviews will be arranged by invitation.

Applicants to the UC Davis Otolaryngology - Fellowship Program must graduate from an accredited medical school, have completed a residency program and be eligible for licensure in the State of California.
