Upon successful submission, each entrant will automatically receive a confirmation email with their unique ticket number. Submission is complete when you receive a ticket number. You are responsible to successfully complete entry. If you do not receive a ticket number, please contact Parking Services (note office hours).

Only one entry request will be accepted per eligible employee. Additional entries will be denied or removed.

Tickets are non-transferable.

Winning

No later than midnight, Tuesday, February 10, tickets will be selected in random order by computer to establish a "draw order." The draw order will be posted on the Parking Structure 4 Lottery web page. Winning tickets will then be selected in draw order, until all available permits are sold. Winning ticketholders will be notified by email.

Should your ticket number be randomly selected, you will receive an email with additional instructions. You will have six (6) days to claim your permit.

After submitting your claim, please allow up to 3 business days for Parking Service to process your claim. Permits will be sold at the prevailing rate for "D" permits (currently $109 per month) and are subject to change. If you have selected Recurring Credit Card, you will be asked to log into your parking account to complete the transaction and enroll in recurring credit card payments. Remember: Parking Services will never ask for your credit card information over the phone and cannot accept credit card numbers by email or text.

Any outstanding eligibility verification will be required prior to sale of a new permit.

Winning ticketholders that do not claim their permit, or fail to comply with instructions by given deadlines will forfeit their claim and the next eligible ticket will be selected from the list by draw order. Upon conclusion of the lottery, remaining entries will be placed on a wait list for Parking Structure 4.

In the event of error, dispute, or unanticipated problem, all decisions by Parking Services management are final. In all cases, permit issuance is subject to approval by Parking.
