Clinical Interests

Dr. Dodson specializes in care of infectious diseases in children. He has experience with a variety of acute and chronic conditions and cares for patients with impaired immunity.

Research/Academic Interests

Dr. Dodson's academic interests focus on optimizing antimicrobial use in all clinical  settings with a special emphasis in pediatric care settings outside of academic hospitals. He has worked with community hospitals, including critical access hospitals, to better understand and improve antimicrobial stewardship for pediatric patients.
