Medical care is a partnership between patients, families, and care providers. I believe in keeping patients and families fully informed and working together to provide the best possible care for every patient.
Dr. Dodson specializes in care of infectious diseases in children. He has experience with a variety of acute and chronic conditions and cares for patients with impaired immunity.
Dr. Dodson's academic interests focus on optimizing antimicrobial use in all clinical settings with a special emphasis in pediatric care settings outside of academic hospitals. He has worked with community hospitals, including critical access hospitals, to better understand and improve antimicrobial stewardship for pediatric patients.
