This fund supports programs that help increase understanding of the unique behavioral health complexities impacting the LGBTQ+ community and other underserved populations within the medical profession and general public.

Gifts to this fund support psychiatry resident training in early psychosis and for underserved populations.

This fund supports comprehensive diagnostic and early treatment services for children and young adults who have or are at risk of developing a psychotic disorder.

This fund provides ongoing programmatic support for creative arts, including music, art, dance, drama and creative writing, therapy to all eligible clients in the Early Diagnosis and Preventative Treatment (EDAPT and SacEDAPT) Clinics.

The written word is one of the most powerful forms of therapy. To promote the practical application of prose and poetry in psychotherapy training, this endowment provides support for the sustainability, implementation and enhancement of the program.

This award is presented annually to a staff member who has exhibited selfless commitment to the department and UC Davis Health through efforts that made a difference in the lives of others.

Contributions support schizophrenia and bipolar disorder research in the EDAPT Clinic to help enhance clinical programs, provide training opportunities, and enable better care and outcomes for our patients and their families.

This award recognizes volunteer clinical faculty for their exceptional contributions to the department’s educational program.

This award honors a graduating UC Davis medical student who has demonstrated exemplary skills in clinical psychiatry, teamwork, professionalism, and cultural competence.

This fund supports a visiting lectureship to bring respected psychotherapists to give presentations and trainings on advanced clinical perspectives and techniques.
