Unlike a standard fitness test, this assessment combines medical-grade tools with expert interpretation to give you an actionable plan you can trust. It’s the perfect choice if you want more dynamic, fitness-oriented insights than our Foundation Fitness Assessment but don’t need the advanced athlete-specific testing in the High Performance Package.

  • DXA Body Composition Scan – The gold standard for body fat, lean mass, bone health, and visceral fat measurement.
  • VO2max Test – Science backed measure of cardiovascular health, aerobic fitness, and endurance potential for performance and longevity.  Also includes precise, individual training zones.
  • Functional Movement Screen (FMS) – Detect mobility limitations and asymmetries to reduce injury risk and improve movement quality.
  • Strength & Functional Tests – Ability-appropriate assessments (grip strength, sit-to-stand, broad jump) to evaluate muscular strength, power, and functional independence.
  • Results Review & Recommendations – One-on-one consultation with our experts to translate your results into a personalized roadmap for healthspan and performance.

FAQs

How long does the assessment take? Plan for about 2.5 hours, including testing and consultation.

Is the DXA scan diagnostic? No. The scan is performed for wellness purposes only and is not intended for diagnostic use.

Do I need to prepare for the VO2max test? Yes. Avoid exhaustive exercise the day before, wear athletic clothing, and bring water. Detailed instructions will be emailed before your appointment.

Is this covered by insurance? This assessment is self-pay only but may be eleigible for FSA/HSA reimbursement. 

How often should I repeat the assessment? Most clients repeat every 6–12 months to track progress and update recommendations.
