Philosophy of Care
Dr. Mineyev's philosophy is to provide the highest quality of care to his patients through compassion, technical excellence, and individualized attention to detail through a multi-disciplinary treatment approach. He believes that transplantation is a life long journey that involves the care and support of not only the patient but their family members as well and involves a team-based approach for their overall success.
Dr. Mineyev is a transplant surgeon offering care for patients with end-stage organ disease. He has special clinical interest and expertise in adult and pediatric liver, kidney, pancreas and multi-visceral transplantation, organ recovery and preservation, living donor surgery, hepatobiliary surgery, vascular access and peritoneal dialysis access surgery.
Dr. Mineyev's research focuses on improving transplantation outcomes through optimizing surgical techniques as well as immunosuppression therapies and protocols. He also has interest in increasing utilization of marginal organs through improved preservation techniques and organ allocation.
