• Family resource navigation
• Mental health support – trauma symptom screen, linkage to long-term mental health services, crisis management, mental health care coordination
• Care coordination
• Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics specialists from the MIND Institute for those with developmental concerns
• PC-CARE – a 6-session, dyadic intervention to improving caregiver-child relationships for those who are willing to learn new child behavior management strategies

How to Become a Patient

All Sacramento County Medi-Cal plans, except Kaiser GMC, are accepted. We do not accept commercial insurance and out-of-county GMC Medi-Cal plans.
