The UC Davis Center for Healthcare Policy and Research (CHPR) is a local, regional and national leader that facilitates research, promotes education and informs policy about health and healthcare.
CHPR's goal is to improve the health of the public by contributing new knowledge about access, delivery, cost, quality, and outcomes related to healthcare and providing rigorous evidence to policymakers and other stakeholders. We use our knowledge to inform health and healthcare policy to bridge the gap between academic research and policymakers’ need for clear, non-partisan evidence.
