Why Executive Coaching may be a good idea for you?

Executive coaching provides an opportunity for faculty leaders to gain self-awareness, generate learning, and identify and accomplish meaningful goals important to their professional success. It fosters a trusting partnership between a client and a Coach designed to help the individual recognize and identify their capabilities and available resources. Executive coaching provides a supportive and confidential sounding board for the faculty leader seeking to achieve his/her objectives.

Who partners with an Executive Coach?

Individuals at every level and at every phase of their professional journey may utilize the services of a Coach. It is a great opportunity for faculty leaders interested in professional development because it uses a proactive, forward-thinking approach to help them address a current issue.

What does the typical coaching process look like?

Executive coaching usually involves a series of phases, starting with intake, assessment, goal setting, and development planning. The typical duration of a coaching engagement is two to 10 months, depending on when the development goals are achieved, or when the Coach or client decides that it should stop.

Where does executive coaching happen?

Coaching sessions occur virtually via video chat or over the phone.

What is the level of confidentiality of executive coaching?

Conversations between Dr. Malcolm and the individual are completely confidential.
