Patient Denise Caldwell discussed her journey to quit tobacco during a Facebook Live conversation on Aug. 11, which also featured Cari Shulkin, a certified tobacco treatment specialist and certified cardiac-vascular registered nurse at UC Davis Health.

Caldwell and Shulkin detailed how the multidisciplinary expertise in Health Management and Education – and especially the Quit Tobacco team (PDF) – provide the essential support needed for individuals to succeed in quitting.
