Rebadging and ID badging services effective September 2, 2025

We are providing additional opportunities for rebadging through September 30, 2025. Rebadging can still be completed without a ServiceNow request Monday-Friday (excluding UC Davis Health holidays) between 8 A.M. and 4 P.M. at the following locations:

• North Addition Office Building (NAOB) security/reception desk
• HAS Building in Rancho Cordova badging station

As a reminder, for all lost badge replacements, department changes, title changes, etc., please submit a badge update catalog request. After your request is submitted, wait for an email notification from the ID Badge Services team confirming that your ID badge is ready to be issued.
