The Employee Experience Survey is just around the corner

The UC Davis Health Employee Experience Survey is just around the corner.

This survey, administered by an external vendor, will play a crucial role in gathering employee feedback on engagement and satisfaction, helping leaders make data-driven decisions to improve the workplace.

Survey timeline: The survey will launch May 5. Stay tuned for the official end date.

Survey details:

• The survey was formerly known as the CommUNITY Feedback Survey at UC Davis Health and the Staff Experience Survey at the Davis campus. While the survey is now unified across both campuses as the Employee Experience Survey, the actions taken in response to feedback will be tailored to address specific needs of each campus.
• The  roughly 10-minute survey includes 26 questions covering topics such as belonging, teamwork, and satisfaction.
• The survey population includes career staff, limited/partial-year appointments, per diem/contract, and academic and staff physicians.
• Confidentiality: All responses are confidential and handled by Press Ganey, an external vendor, to ensure anonymity and honest feedback.
