Visitors to the SMUD Museum of Science and Curiosity (MOSAC) in 2024 saw firsthand what UC Davis neuroscientists and trainees know well. Images of groundbreaking brain research can be visually stunning. On May 16, 2024, a NeuroArt Exhibition at MOSAC opened that showcased 12 images from the UC Davis Center for Neuroscience (CNS) NeuroArt Contest. The contest, held each March in conjunction with Brain Awareness Week and NeuroFest, encourages neuroscientists and trainees across UC Davis to submit their most beautiful images that illustrate the wonder and complexity of the brain.

For more than 20 years, community members have looked to UC Davis Health experts and the health system’s Mini Medical School for insight on how to make the most of their lives as they grow older.

A series designed to engage and educate the community on topics related to maintaining a healthy brain as we age. Experts in the field will share their knowledge and strategies to promote brain health. Learn about the latest research, lifestyle choices, and techniques that can support cognitive function and overall well-being.
