    David Paul Richman, M.D.

    David Richman, M.D. studies the biological mechanisms that underlie diseases of the neuromuscular junction with the goal of improving their treatment. He primarily develops animal models of the diseases and test new treatments in this setting. He also assists in clinical trials of these new treatments.

    This lab creates animal models to study diseases affecting the connection between nerves and muscles, aiming to find better treatments. Their work focuses on understanding the immune system and body functions in these diseases.
