Dr. Campos puts the patient at the center of their treatment and believes in a collaborative approach to care when navigating complex neurologic conditions. He emphasizes risk and benefits of medical interventions and acts as a guide for you to make your own decisions and be in control of your own care. Dr. Campos is focused on holistic medicine and use of non-pharmacologic treatments, as well as integrative and alternative medicine therapies when appropriate while also staying up-to-date on the latest medications and medical devices to achieve the best outcome possible.
Dr. Campos is a neurologist trained in the treatment of general neurologic conditions with additional sub-speciality training in movement disorders including Parkinson Disease, Huntington Disease, tremors, ataxia, dystonia, tics, blephorospasm, and hemi-facial spasm. He is part of the Parkinson Foundation Center of Excellence, multi-disciplinary Parkinson Disease and Huntington Disease clinics and Deep Brain Stimulation Program.
Dr. Campos is involved in clinical research in the movement disorders division including in studies for Huntington Disease and other movement disorders. He is a part of the clinical faculty of the UC Davis school of medicine and participates in teaching and training the next generation of physicians and neurologists.
