I would like to thank Noelle Yu for being such a super nurse to me for several days that I was on South 1 Adult Annex. I must say Noelle’s hand hygiene technique is impeccable, did not miss any steps from double checking my medications. She took the time to always make sure she has my lab reports and asked my doctors if she was not sure about prescribed medications. Noelle took the initiative to learn if she doesn’t know and asked, and this made me feel safe as a patient.

Noelle showed compassion about how much I missed my 5-year-old girl who had never slept without her mommy before my hospitalization. Her validating my feelings made me feel valued as a person. She of course tried to share her fun bunny stories with me to make my misery a little bit better. i don’t think my stay here would have been easy without all her help and care.
