UC Davis Health Employee Apparel Program (EAP)

Mission Linen is the primary vendor for the UC Davis Health Employee Apparel Program (EAP). Eligible employees will be sent an email directly from Mission Linen prior to their start date with ordering instructions.
- New hires must have a UC Path ID to create an account.
- Stipends are calculated based on full-time equivalent (FTE) percentage
- All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are allowed. We recommend scheduling a fitting appointment prior to purchase https://ucdhealthapparelfittings.as.me
- Additional pieces of apparel can be purchased at any time using a personal credit card
- Employees transferring within positions with the same uniform requirements will not be issued an additional stipend.
- Scrub colors are assigned based on role as described in policy 19001 and not subject to change.
- Orders are shipped directly to the employee’s home within 5-10 business days.
- All stipends expire annually on May 31st. If not used by May 31st, stipend will not be returned to account.
- UC Davis Children’s Hospital specific apparel is only approved in designated Children’s Hospital units or Pediatric clinics.
- Management level employees and departments that are authorized to wear hospital issued green scrubs do not qualify for stipend
