Meditation is a powerful coping tool that helps individuals manage stress, regulate emotions, and cultivate mindfulness. The CARE Project offers a moment of calm reflection and encourages you to listen to the guided meditations below during your hospitalization or visit to UC Davis Medical Center. These meditations were written and produced specifically for the patients, caregivers, and employees of UC Davis Medical Center, by author, sound artist, and composer, Liz Baxmeyer.
