Clinical Interests

Dr. McLennan is a Maternal Fetal Medicine specialist offering care for women with a range of high-risk medical, surgical, and fetal conditions during pregnancy.  She has special clinical interest in ultrasound, prenatal diagnosis/fetal abnormalities, genetic testing, and multiple gestations.

She has unique clinical expertise in chorionic villus sampling (CVS) for first trimester diagnosis of genetic abnormalities, and is one of the few providers in the Sacramento area providing this service.

She is a co-director of the UC Davis Fetal Care and Treatment Center where she performs in-utero fetal procedures along with a team of specialists including pediatric surgery and cardiology.
