Offering family medicine, internal medicine, and pediatric physicians at primary care clinics in many area communities.

We use a model of care called the patient-centered medical home. It’s an approach that focuses on listening, shared decision-making with you, and helpful communication and coordination among all of your healthcare providers.

All UC Davis Health primary care clinics are designated as Patient-Centered Medical Homes by the nonprofit National Committee for Quality Assurance.

We use preventive care to keep you as healthy as possible in a proactive way. Whether your priority is boosting your immune system, reducing stress, staying active or managing a chronic condition, we’re here to help.

We also offer programs and resources to help support and improve your quality of life.

Most of our primary care clinics have on-site specialty care, labs, and imaging (such as X-rays).

We also offer a full range of care to meet all your health needs. Our patients have access to their primary care providers both in-person and virtually. And our Express Care services, both in-person and virtual, are available for more urgent issues – in addition to our world-class emergency room and our new Immediate Advanced Care clinic.
