Case Presentation
A 52-year-old presented with 1 year history of slow enlarging left index fingertip mass. The mass measures 1.3 x 1.1 cm and it is gray, smooth round plaque located on the volar surface of the finger with some periungual extension. A shave biopsy was performed. Grossly, the specimen was pale tan scaly, and dome shaped with the cut surfaces hollowed out. The images below show the H&E in low and high magnification in the figures below.
