Anatomic Pathology
Anatomic pathology is the study and diagnosis of the structural and functional changes in cells, tissues and organs that underlie disease. This field forms the basis for much of the scientific reasoning and clinical decisions behind the practice of medicine.
Department Pathologists offer diagnostic and consultative services to inpatients, emergency, medicines, trauma, hospital-based clinics, primary care providers, medical specialists, surgeons, and other health-care professionals.
