Faculty members engage in a wide variety of research programs, including inquiries into the causes and cures of major psychiatric disorders; quality of care; medical education; child and adolescent psychiatry; forensic psychiatry; the nature and process of psychotherapy; and ways in which telemedicine networks can be used to extend psychiatric care to rural communities.
