Philosophy of Care

I believe in using an individualized integrative approach in therapy unique to your experiences. My practice derives from multiple techniques such as motivational interviewing; Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT); trauma-informed; mindfulness; somatic; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT); and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Clinical Interests

Vanessa Reed is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) offering short-term therapy for adults within primary care in a collaborative care delivery model. She has clinical interest and knowledge in anxiety, depression, life transitions, and bereavement. She has experience with integrative healing approaches and trauma-informed care.
