Clinical Interests
Dr. Ewert is a child psychologist offering care for children and teenagers with various mental health concerns such as anxiety and depression. She has experience in evidence-based treatment for children, youth, and families across multiple settings including community clinics, schools, and an inpatient psychiatric program, as well as psychological assessment of children and youth with histories of trauma and neurodiversity, and crisis-intervention with children, adolescents, and young adults. She also has experience providing assessments and short-term interventions in several pediatric settings.
Research/Academic Interests
Dr. Ewert’s research focuses on ways attachment theory can be used in clinical practice with adolescents and parents. She also has interest in self-compassion in clinical practice.
