I’m a general adult psychiatrist who works closely with individuals from all backgrounds, with a special focus on community mental health and integrated care. I’m especially passionate about cultural psychiatry and believe in tailoring treatment to fit each person’s unique story, values, and identity. I often work in collaboration with primary care teams and emphasize both lifestyle changes and medication as tools to support mental wellness. I’m committed to creating a supportive, respectful space where you feel seen and heard.
