Philosophy of Care

I approach mental health concerns in a hollistic and empathic manner. I am interested in working with not only the patient themself, but also the family as a whole. I hope to understand my patient's current challenges and work collectively with the patient and family to find the best solutions and supports for each individual patient, which may include medications, collaboration with a therapist, and/or psychoeducation.

Clinical Interests

Dr. Mallorca is a general adult and child and adolescent psychiatrist. Currently, Dr. Mallorca provides care to children and adolescents with various mental health issues, such as depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD and psychosis. She has a special interest in childhood trauma, medical trauma, infant mental health and ADHD.
