CHWB Wellness Grants

Program Overview

The Clinician Health and Well-Being (CHWB) Wellness Grant Program helps Clinicians (Physicians, Residents, Fellows, and/or APPs) in bringing meaningful health and well-being initiatives to life within their departments.

Eligible clinicians may apply for up to $500 to design and implement initiatives that promote individual and collective well-being, foster connection, and enhance a culture of wellness within their teams.

Successful applications clearly articulate:

  • The intended impact of the proposed initiative(s)
  • How the initiative is inclusive and accessible to all clinicians within the department

Grant Reporting

CHWB Wellness Grant recipients are asked to provide periodic updates throughout the grant cycle to support documentation of activities, progress, and any challenges encountered.

Once grant activities are complete, recipients must submit a Wellness Grant Outcome Report summarizing

  • How the initiative was implemented
  • Key outcomes and lessons learned
  • Overall impact on clinician well-being
  • Initiative photos
