Kelcie Rodriguez provides project management/administration, enrollment coordination, and health policy analysis for the director of CHPR. She drafts analyses using qualitative and quantitative research methods and produces recommendations for abstracts, manuscripts, reports and presentations to be submitted to funding agencies, peer-reviewed journals, professional organizations, and other non-profit and government organizations.  

Prior to joining CHPR, Kelcie supported various state and federal disaster public assistance programs at the California Governor's Office of Emergency Services (Cal OES) where she managed the Great Plates Delivered emergency feeding program and authored grants and reports for post-disaster community recovery and redevelopment.
