Kristina Sackrider
Sackrider is a Project Policy Analyst at the UC Davis Medical Center, where she plays a vital role in financial operations, program coordination, and policy compliance within the Center for Professional Practice of Nursing. Her work supports the delivery of diverse educational and wellness programs and ensures secure, efficient financial processing in alignment with university and health care regulations.
With a strong foundation in financial analysis, Kristina oversees the coordination of credit card processing in compliance with PCI standards, manages educational program budgets, processes reimbursements, and ensures the secure handling of departmental payments and transactions. She collaborates closely with business operations to streamline contracts, invoice payments, and material procurement.
Kristina is a dynamic project manager known for her ability to juggle complex logistics, ranging from course scheduling and evaluation management to regulatory documentation and competency tracking. She brings a solution-oriented mindset to her work, balancing attention to detail with a broad understanding of systems and policy impacts.
