Residency Programs

All our residents have a longitudinal experience in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) throughout their training to ensure that we support residents in developing the competencies needed to work with historically marginalized populations with cultural humility.

Our residency programs are as follows:

  • Core Family Medicine Program

In this program, our residents work in a wide variety of clinical settings and systems (FQHCs, academic medical center, VA), preparing them to work in almost any setting when they become board certified.

This four-year program, run in collaboration with the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, is now over 20 years old. It is the only one of its kind, offering longitudinal, integrated training in advanced OB care including C-sections and tubal ligation.
