Our home is a second-floor unit (950 ft2) in a 2-unit Victorian home, on a leafy residential street, but just a block away from a park, restaurants, cafes and near several grocery stores, concert venues, farmer's markets, a Michelin-starred restaurant and several museums. It's a block from the 16th street light rail (a 20-minute ride and walk to the UC Davis medical campus) or a 16-minute bike ride away.

Most comfortable for two people. Four of its rooms are set up as: 1 bedroom, 1 office, 1 living room, and 1 dining room.
