Construction activity: Crane pick outside of the SESP

Wednesday, July 16, at 12 p.m., through Thursday, July 17, at 5 a.m., Swinerton Builders will be performing a crane pick outside of the SESP building near Doctors Way.

Timeline:

• 12 p.m. – Parking spots near the crane area will be closed with cones and caution tape.

• 6-9 p.m. – Crane setup.

• 9-11 p.m. – Crane operation to place two HVAC units on the SESP building roof, between the Electrical and Mechanical penthouses.

• 11 p.m.-3 a.m. – Crane disassembly and removal.

Please note the following details of this activity:

• Flaggers will be present throughout the crane operation for safety and traffic management.

• All affected departments will be notified once the work is complete.
