Construction notification: Signal pole equipment install at Aggie Square Garage drive and 2nd Avenue intersection

Thursday, Feb. 26, from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., the Central Utility Plant expansion (CUPx) team will install the necessary equipment to energize the signal pole at the new Aggie Square Garage (ASG) drive and 2nd Avenue intersection, resulting in a mid-block closure of the south eastbound lane as well as the mid-block crosswalk.

Please note the following details of the activity:

• Eastbound and westbound bike lanes remain accessible; bikers will be directed similarly to vehicular traffic.

• Pedestrians will be rerouted to the 45th Street crosswalk.

• Access remains to the ASG as well as the south FSSB drive.

• Flaggers will be in place.

• Minimal traffic delays are expected.
