Kaiser Permanente enrollment update for new members

Some employees who newly enrolled in Kaiser during Open Enrollment are not yet appearing as covered in Kaiser’s system.

Kaiser confirmed they are working to process all the new enrollments from Open Enrollment and expect that process to be complete by Jan. 9. 

• New members (employees and adult dependents) who have cell phone numbers on file will receive enrollment confirmations via text by Monday, Jan. 12.
• New members may follow the link provided in their enrollment notification or visit https://kp.org/ to register and access their virtual ID card and Medical Record Number (MRN).
• Members may visit Kaiser - Member Resources for information on getting started as a Kaiser Permanente member.

If you or a covered family member need an expedited enrollment, contact benefits@ucdavis.edu to have an expedited enrollment request placed on your behalf through UCPath.
