Last chance to get rebadged: only 5 weeks left
We are nearing the completion of the UC Davis Health Rebadging Initiative. On February 1, 2026, all legacy badges will cease to function. To avoid any disruption to building physical access and Ecotime Timeclocks, please come in to get rebadged before February 1, 2026.
If you still have an old badge with 5 digits or less, your badge will cease to function on February 1, 2026. Please refer to the images below.
Rebadging can be completed at the following locations and times:
- North Addition Office Building (NAOB): Thursdays 8 A.M. – 12 P.M.
- Health Administrative Services (HAS) building in Rancho Cordova: Mon-Fri 8 A.M. – 4 P.M.
Walk-up rebadging remains available without the need for a ServiceNow ticket, provided there are no changes to the badge information or access permissions.
NOTE: A new photo will be required at the time of issuance, and you must bring in and surrender your current UC Davis Health badge.
For all other badge updates, such as name or title changes, department transfers, lost badges, or access modifications, a Badge Update Request must be submitted through IT Self Service. Once the request has been processed, the ID Badge Services team will send a notification when the updated badge is ready to be issued.
