Leasing soon: ANOVA Aggie Square Apartments

ANOVA Aggie Square, a multi-use residential building at the corner of Stockton Boulevard and 3rd Avenue on the UC Davis Health campus, will open in spring 2025.  

The housing consists of 190 apartment units and 252 beds. Several floor plans are available, including studio, one-, two- and four-bedroom apartments, leased by bedroom. Apartments include in-unit washer and dryer, energy efficient appliances, and smart locks and thermostats. Fully furnished units are also available. 

UC Davis Student Housing leases and operates 49 apartment units with a total of 103 beds. These units are set aside for UC Davis graduate and undergraduate students, with an initial focus on incoming medical and nursing students.  

If space permits, residents and fellows, and other affiliated UC Davis staff studying or working at the Sacramento campus may be eligible to lease via Student Housing.

The remaining 141 apartment units at ANOVA Aggie Square are available for lease via GMH Communities, and additional floor plans are available. Priority is given to UC Davis affiliates such as students, faculty, staff and Aggie Square private industry tenant employees.
