Parking changes for Shriners Garage, Lots 12 and 16

In the next two months, Parking and Transportation Services will expand Lot 16, redesign Lot 12 and relocate our Shriners Garage employee permit holders.
First, Parking Services will expand Parking Lot 16 (located just south of Aggie Square), adding approximately 110 additional B-permit and daily ParkMobile parking spaces, bringing the total number of spaces from 90 to 200. The expansion will be completed and ready for parking on May 30.

The Shriners Garage parking agreement ends on May 31. Effective June 1, Parking Services will redesign Lot 12 as a D-permit (monthly or monthly reserved) parking lot and relocate the approximately 100 UC Davis Health employees parking in the garage to Lot 12.
For those who use Lot 12 for B-permit parking (daily) during weekdays, you may park in any available B-parking lot on campus or Aggie Square Garage (managed through the HonkMobile App, download at Apple or Android). UC Davis Health does not manage the Aggie Square Garage. B-permit holders may park in designated stalls within Lot 12 between 4 p.m. and 7 a.m. on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
To recap: Lot 16 is expanding by 110 spaces, Lot 12 will be redesigned to become a D-permit B-permit parking Lot, and 100 spaces in Shriner’s will relocate to Lot 12. Please reach out to HS-Parking@ucdavis.edu with any questions.
