Perioperative Services celebrates first surgeries in new 48X Complex

While Leadership held an official ribbon-cutting ceremony for the opening of the 48X Complex, Perioperative Services held its own mini ceremony on July 1.
About two dozen team members gathered at the entrance to the Operating Room in the Post-Anesthetic Care Unit before any surgeries took place.
The 48X Complex ribbon-cutting symbolized the facility's opening to patients, and the mini ribbon-cutting in the PACU marked the area's readiness for surgeries.
As of 2 p.m., the 48X Complex provided seven surgeries!
