Support Community Through Employee Giving

The Employee Giving Program is a meaningful way to embody our Principles of Community. Through payroll auto-giving, employees support the causes they care about most. Over 1,500 colleagues are already participating, donating more than $1 million each year. Many have shared heartfelt stories about the care their loved ones received and how our programs have had a profound impact.

You don’t need to give a lot to make a big difference. Most donors start with $5 to $10 per paycheck. Together, we can create a meaningful impact.

Special Event Swag

The Employee Giving team will return to the Principles of Community event with new 2026 swag. Here’s how to participate:

  • Not a donor yet? Now's the perfect time to join and reserve your swag early.
  • Already a donor? Consider increasing your contribution by $5 with each paycheck to secure your swag and amplify your impact.

Swag is limited. Early enrollment or upgrades are recommended to secure availability.
