Reusable Flatware Program Launches at Scrubs Café and Nourish Café

Scrubs Café in the Education Building and Nourish Café at the 48X Complex have launched a program aimed at reducing single-use plastic waste by eliminating disposable flatware. Join the effort in reducing waste by bringing your own reusable utensils—you’ll also receive a discount for doing so.
UC Davis Health staff, students and faculty may pick up one free reusable flatware set from the Medical Education Building, Student Commons, Room 2101E, on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10am to 2pm. A UC Davis Health badge must be presented at time of pick up and kits cannot be picked up for others. Don’t have your own set? Low-cost, reusable flatware sets are now available for purchase at the cafés.
