UC Davis Health employees practice with the Sacramento Republic FC

Last week, through UC Davis Health’s partnership with the Sacramento Republic FC, UC Davis Health employees and their families participated in a Field Day at the Republic’s facilities.

Field Day was an opportunity for employees and their families to experience a taste of professional soccer life and sharpen their soccer skills. UC Davis Health employees and their families met Sacramento Republic players, ran practice drills on the field, received feedback from players, and took home Sacramento Republic and UC Davis Health swag items.

Ann Tompkins, Director of Professional Services, said, “We were excited to offer our employees and their families this exclusive experience with the Sacramento Republic. Field Day was a chance for players of all abilities to refine their soccer skills while learning from Sacramento’s best.”
