What's your go-to self-care or personal development practice?
Nurturing well-being and growth: Celebrating self-care awareness and self-improvement this September

September is both self-care awareness and self-improvement month.
Incorporating self-care and self-improvement into your routine can be tough, but it's important for your well-being, especially with the holidays approaching.
How often do you prioritize self-care?
Do you enjoy learning new things consistently?
Self-care and self-improvement defined
The term "self-care" is frequently used in various contexts.
An article from Healthline described self-care as “prioritizing activities that help improve a person’s overall well-being. This includes physical, emotional, social, cognitive, and spiritual wellness. It’s not necessarily about changing yourself but rather about creating routines that feel meaningful and nourishing.”
“Self-improvement” is “the act or process of improving oneself by one's own actions.”
