Your feedback matters: Employee Experience Survey
On Monday, May 5th, you received an email invitation to participate in our current Employee Experience Survey. Please take a few minutes to click on the survey link, and share your feedback on belonging, job satisfaction, leadership, trust, career growth, and other important topics that affect your work every day at UC Davis Health. We’re listening, and your perspective absolutely matters.

Eligible employees will receive the same set of 26 core questions – and some UC Davis Health care staff will receive a few additional questions specific to their clinical areas. The survey should only take about 10 minutes or so to complete.
We’re aiming for a 66% response rate, and your involvement is essential. Your feedback helps shape meaningful improvements and ensures every voice is heard. So, please check your email, look for the email from Press Ganey on behalf of UC Davis Health, open the survey invitation, and let us know how we can continue making UC Davis Health an even better place to work for all employees.
You can learn more at hr.ucdavis.edu/experience, including seeing the survey questions, updates, and actions taken based on past feedback. (The survey is scheduled to end on May 19th, so please don’t delay in answering.)
Thank you in advance for sharing your experience as a UC Davis Health teammate.
Stay well,
Bruce Hall, M.D., Ph.D., M.B.A., F.A.C.S.
Interim Vice Chancellor of Human Health Sciences
