Jordan P. Franck, M.S., is a seasoned health care delivery systems strategy and implementation leader committed to helping others live a full, whole life. His work explores many areas of health care, including ambulatory care, population health, emergency services, and strategic planning. Throughout his career, he has spearheaded initiatives to improve health care delivery systems by prioritizing people, processes, and continuous improvement.
In his current role as UC Davis Health executive director of patient access, Franck ensures patients and families can access care in a convenient and meaningful way. His teams at the Patient Contact Center represent a central “front door” to access the high quality of care delivered in our outpatient clinics. The Patient Contact Center leverages technology to improve ease of access for patients, and scheduling and referral workflow optimization for our clinical teams.
Previously, as interim director of the Patient Contact Center, Franck was responsible for stabilizing operations and supporting the implementation of central scheduling. Franck has also worked as a practice manager at both UC Davis Health and Kaiser Permanente, where he demonstrated his strategic planning expertise and ability to drive operational excellence.
Throughout his career, Franck has exhibited a talent for implementing process improvements and influencing leaders to drive positive change. His accomplishments include developing regional service delivery strategies in California and improving large multi-specialty clinic operations.
Franck holds a M.S. in health care administration and interprofessional leadership from the University of California, San Francisco and a B.S. in health services administration from California State University, Chico. He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and has volunteered with the American Red Cross.
