Dr. Volpendesta believes every patient is unique and seeks to fully understand her patient's needs during every visit or encounter. She also incorporates her patient's support system in order to enhance her patient's health outcomes and overall well-being.
Clinical Interests
Dr. Volpendesta is a clinical pharmacist who works in various specialty settings including solid organ transplant, pulmonology, and infectious diseases. She is a UC Davis Certified Bilingual Provider and offers patient care in English and Spanish.
Research/Academic Interests
Dr. Volpendesta's interests include quantitative research of patient outcomes in clinic settings, as well as qualitative research in program development, patient education modalities, and medication adherence.
