Tiffani Johnson honored for commitment to reducing inequities and disparities in child health

It also and for promoting equity, diversity and inclusion within the profession of pediatrics.

Last month, Johnson was presented with the awards during AAP National Conference in Washington, D.C.

“I’m deeply honored and humbled to receive these awards from such a renowned organization that is committed to advancing child health,” said Johnson. “As I celebrate receiving these awards, I also recognize that there is a great deal of work yet to be done; not just on the national landscape, but also right here in the community of Sacramento and within our health care system at UC Davis.”
