Clinical Psychology Training Program | UC Davis MIND Institute

About Our Program

The MIND Institute is committed to training the next generation of child and adolescent psychologists. Grounded in clinical practices that are supported by research, our Clinical Psychology Training Program prepares future clinicians to care for children, teens, and young adults with neurodevelopmental disabilities and complex behavioral health needs. Trainees gain hands-on, supervised experience providing diagnostic evaluations, individual and group therapy, and consultation. They work alongside supervisors and  faculty to serve a diverse patient population spanning infancy through young adulthood. Through tailored supervision, specialized coursework, and a step-by-step path toward independent practice, our program helps trainees build the skills to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care.
